Hannah has recently joined the team as our third Director. 


Hannah is a registered healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience, recognised for her passion for social prescribing and her commitment to delivering truly person‑centered care. She is dedicated to helping individuals identify what matters most to them and supporting them to take meaningful, sustainable steps toward improved wellbeing.


She empowers people to engage in activities that enhance both mental and physical health, including art and craft, swimming, Pilates, nature‑based exploration, and community social opportunities. Her approach focuses on building confidence, reducing isolation, and enabling individuals to connect with supportive environments that promote long‑term wellbeing.


Hannah has a strong working knowledge of the health and social care system, enabling her to effectively signpost individuals to appropriate services and support pathways. Her insight is further strengthened by her own lived experience as a disabled individual, giving her a unique ability to understand barriers, advocate compassionately, and navigate systems with empathy and clarity.
